I'm the first to admit that Instant Cafe can look quite daunting when you first open it. There may be lots of boxes but the minimum you need to touch is just one, the "Store ID" box.

1. Type in your store id. e.g. "my_shop"
2. Hit Start Feed >>.
3. Upload your feed to Google Base.

This can be the tricky part but by making sure you have just a couple of things right it can all go swimmingly.

1. Go here
2. Click New Data Feed.
3. Select "Products" from "Select item type".
4. Choose a filename with .txt.
5. From the Settings tab make sure your "Website URL" is "http://www.cafepress.com/my_shop".
6. Locate your feed by default it's located here: Program Files\1 Jump 2\Instant Cafe Feeder\csv
7. Choose Manual Upload and away you go.
